Nature Delivered Farm

vendor_templateThe rolling hills outside of Brooksville Florida are the base of this mother-daughter enterprise. Following in the family footsteps, Rebecca has implemented time honored techniques refined by her grandfather in order to obtain a higher standard of meat quality and care than what is found in modern swine producing facilities. Care counts. Care is taken to maintain a natural lifestyle, being fed local grains, fruits and vegetables. While the livestock is being raised for consumption, their somewhat short existence is filled with care and nurturing. This commitment to quality brings to your table, the most delicious pork products.

Farm Information

  • Crops and Products: There's Pork, and then there's Duroc Pork. The food industry has seen what the notation of 'Angus' has done for the beef consumers of the world….that is what is expected of the breed named Duroc. Long known for it's outstanding meaty taste, this selection is sought after by the highest members in gastronomy. Over the years pork production has changed dramatically. For centuries pork was raised and used for a multitude of items beyond simple meat production. Everything from cooking and lamp oil to baking and making candles and soap came from the humble pig. Lard was used heavily in American diets as well. As lard use declined and the American consumer became more health conscious, pork was bred to be a source of lean protein. Unfortunately, that change came at a price—taste. Duroc pork brings the taste back and takes it to another level. Lean, very flavorful and robust—the way pork used to taste.
