The rolling hills outside of Brooksville Florida are the base of this mother-daughter enterprise. Following in the family footsteps, Rebecca has implemented time honored techniques refined by her grandfather in order to obtain a higher standard of meat quality and care than what is found in modern swine producing facilities. Care counts. Care is taken to maintain a natural lifestyle, being fed local grains, fruits and vegetables. While the livestock is being raised for consumption, their somewhat short existence is filled with care and nurturing. This commitment to quality brings to your table, the most delicious pork products.
