David Soles, recently retired USDA Inspector in Central Florida, brings years of experience and ensures that the pig you choose will be the highest quality pork money can buy! Our pigs are handled with the utmost respect. Our standards comply with and exceed the USDA natural standards. These standards prohibit the use of artificial ingredients, coloring or chemicals and require minimal meat processing.
